The NBA has a thirteen (13) member board which consists of a Chairman, the Immediate Past Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, Five Regional Vice-Chairpersons, President of our Affiliate/Associate Members, President-Elect of the Associate/Affiliates, Corporate Advisory Board Member and the President of the Association. All positions, with the exception of the President are elected positions. The elections take place at our annual business meeting.
