The National Bankers Association recognizes that severe weather conditions like hurricanes can adversely affect travel plans. As such, this policy clarifies the Association’s stance on refunds to mitigate confusion and ensure transparent communication with registrants.
Policy Statement
This non-reimbursement policy ensures the financial sustainability of the National Bankers Association Annual Conference. Significant investments have been incurred in producing this event, including venue rentals, speaker arrangements, printed and online materials, and technology infrastructure. The Association relies on confirmed registrations to cover these costs. Therefore, refunds or reimbursements are not feasible under these circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
